I already have an idea on what answer to give, i just need some opinions or how exactly you'd answer it, provided that you got terminated from your previous job. Termination can happen to the best of us, but when it comes to background check, how much info can your ex-employer devulged to your prospective employer? Do they say that you got terminated and all events that lead to termination? Or is there a law that wud prohibit them from doing it, but rather just give overview of ur work and ur duration of stay? I didnt steal or anything, its just plain circumstance that i got boned. To add, it was an attendance issue.
