    Default my bad experience...

any opinions about this libog man ko unsa tinoud LTO o trafcom
    TIA!

Conduction permit pwede anytime within the day.

BUT, 1 week ra ang validity ana so if you want to renew you have to go back to where you bought the motorcycle and then PAY another fee to have the conduction permit "renewed". (This is where they just hand you a piece of paper and say that your permit has been renewed... but I really doubt it though.)

I haven't had a problem passing through checkpoints with conduction permits though, and I used conduction permits for a good 2 months before getting my temporary plate. I always hand them the conduction permit as well as the official receipt from the store where I got the bike and then show them my driver's license signifying that I am the owner of the bike I'm riding.

    thanks bro...

i have no problem with other check points, unlike kanang dapit sa basak na mga pulis... then that person mao jud mo-check nako, maka-ingon ta na wala jud clay nahibaw-an sa mga balaod sa LTO... good for me, naa ang ilang head official maoy ni-OK ato na time

ang ako lang ky dapat aware cla ana, ky nakahasol cla sa mga pareha nako... mo-insist cla na bawal then at the end, ok ra d i... twice pa jud ko nya gipara og ni-insist na dli pwd. tsk tsk tsk

if sure ka nga sakto nga then tan-aw nimo nga walay know how ang nag para nimo pangisog bro... naka experience ko ana b4 diri sa may talisay.. naay tigulang tig para nako every time naay check point then always pa jud siya ang maka para nako. i have my temporary plate at that time then gi-ingnan ko niya nga i need to stick then LTO sticker sa ako temporary plate. on the first time wala rako but on the 3rd time na iya gi ckeck ako motor iya ko giingnan nga last warning na daw nako then so sunod na makit-an pa daw niya nga wala lang gihapon ko nagpapilit sa sticker iya daw imbarguhon ako motor. so i go to the dealer nga ako gipalitan sa ako motor then i asked them about the matter the next day niagi nasad ko sa check point then siya nasad ang nipara nako.. isug kaayo xa nalong gatan-aw sa ako plate then nisulti dayon xa "dibha giingnan naman tika nga papitli na ug sticker imo plate di jud ka kasabot dha!" then ako dayun xa gitubag " bogo man d i ka kakita ka ana sa rehistro oh na temporary plate no sticker ikaw maoy dili kasabot if ever ipapilit ko tong sticker dinha sa ako temporary plate then mugawas na ako permanent plate ikay mutang-tang anang akong sticker para ibalhin sa ako permanent plate?" hehehehe nanan-aw gud tanan mga tao namo then niduol dayun ilang daku-daku then gipasabot xa... na uwaw xa gatan-aw nako pagkahuman.. after that inigmakakita xa nako dili nako niya parahon paderetsuon na ko niya..

Pero wala ra may nahitabo kay actually, gi-ingnan ko (by a politically inclined person) na ang conduction permit/temporary plate # is good as a permanent plate in terms of function. Wala ra nay limit sa asa ka maka-adto or unsa oras so long as ang imong conduction permit/ temporary plate is valid (payed for and renewed).

So if kasuk-an ka na dili ka pwede mudagan kay conduction permit ra imong naa, (nya renewed/valid ra imong permit) pwede ka mangusog or mu-argue nila nga sayop sila. Naa gyuy uban officers na dili kabalo.

mao sad na ako na-obserbaran bro na volunteer rato sya nya isog2 pa jud...li man ka twice nagud sya gi-ingnan na sayop nya mg-ginahi daun... sa first na gisita ko nya ky gipa-adto ko atong pulis naka-tambay sa bakery, ana sya "adtoa to sya, hangyoa to!!"... mao tong ng-wonder ko na wa man koy sala, ngano mohangyo man ko then didto sa bakery dapit which is a bit far from the checkpoint... that time i called my gf, to stay alert and ask for help sa LTO ky gi-ingnan man ko sa pulis nah "ayaw gud ko padalia dong, ganahan ka i-impound imo motor??!!" then ang pulis naay gitawagan then gipalarga daun ko... ang katong volunteer pina-syagit daun na "sa sunod madakpan tika nya expired imo conduction permit, d na tka pasayloon"... tsk tsk tsk, mayta i-seminar na nila ang kanang mg-check point oi, ky if makasugat clag init og ulo... paka jud na cla...
