wala pa gani na labot sa monthly hi flier nga mga 10k usually and sa quarterly bonus nga around 5k....
CVG ko more than a year na 16k + 3500 allowance + nyt diff + qpb 5k..... walay atik.. mamatay ka sa work....

unsay latest sa exlib? curious ko ane dah. murag daku jud daw ang commission...mas dako pa ang commission compared sa basic pay. kaso murag taas sad ang turn-over sa agents? dali ra mataktak ang agents? tinuod kaha ni?

tinuod na nga dagko jud ug starting ang sales nila, and yeah taas ang ila turnover kay tungod guro pressured sa quota etc... so if you choose pressure then choose xlib or if you're contented with smaller salary, try other companies - the choice is yours... naa ra jud nato unsa ato gusto ... good luck!

Ang sayop mn gd sa kadaghanan kay magcge ug call center hopping kay dli contented sa sweldo or benefits. Dapat unta maningkamot sa imong current job/company. Aim for a promotion. Ayaw cge absent and do your best na mu-perform ka. Once you are promoted, you would have a higher salary.
