The very moment you posted it here , you deserved to have another infraction for being a crybaby . Lucky enough there is no such violation for being one , you could have just PM'd me which you did but you still bothered to post it here . I closed your topic because it doesnt belong there .

It is INAPPROPRIATE because your subject doesnt belong there . Just because it says " VIOLENCE and ILLEGAL SUBJECTS " is stated doesnt stop there , thats why there is ETCETERA .

Its a free world after all , you are right . Thats how I see it , TS inquires in PRIVATE MESSAGE , I explain to him or her and how does the PROFFESSIONALS react when there is nothing to be react upon ? Then let me be VERY objective and straight to the point with you and say what I have said before. This is not a democracy. You do not have any recourse. If you do not like how things are done, leave. If you do not like how you are treated, leave. If you do not like to be judged by the moderators, leave. If you think your basic human right has been abused, leave. If you do not think you have been respected, leave. What isn't happening regardless if a moderator was right is your public lecturing. Instead of taking this up with a senior moderator or one of the administrators such as myself, you choose to lecture publicly. Do not compare yourself to David. You are not as righteous. It's ludicrous you even mention David and Goliath. Is this clear enough?

@bluedes ... those posts from me weren't for you. They were for another person who ... wouldn't you know ... got banned and his posts no longer exist. But since you have graced me with your reply, then here is mine.

I wasn't trying to be objective or subjective ... I was telling you how it is. On a clear day, the sky is blue ... this is also me telling you how it is. If you do not care about being judged, then an infraction doesn't matter to you, because moderators lay judgement on you every time you are given an infraction. Yet you cared enough to start this thread again. I didn't give you the first infraction, so let me show you how I give an infraction.

* I give one without messaging you because I am under the assumption that you are not a child and I do not have to hold your hands. You are equal with everyone else here. I do not message people when I give infractions. I do not care about your feelings, they are irrelevant. Some people would call that respect that you have been treated equally.
* If you message me telling me I should have messaged you before giving you an infraction, I give you another infraction and ignore your message.
* If you message me asking why you were given an infraction, I will tell you why.
* If you disagree with my infraction and want to change my mind by lecturing me on how I should do things, I will give you another infraction.

So let us test this out. You are now one infraction richer. If you start another thread to revive this issue again, you will be given the boot because obviously you know better and would be better served elsewhere.
