Wink IP ban? Lamdagi rah daw ko beh...

Hmm... about IP ban, lamdagi ra daw akong utok beh.
Kung ma IP ban ko ang IP address and ma
ban right? If that were the case, banning the IP
address would deem useless kay if dynamic ang
IP address, pwede ra xa alisdan.

The purpose of banning would be defeated.
On most MMORPGs, IP ban ba ang gaka hitabo?

Ug...pwede ba ma ban ang MAC address via WAN?

It's useless to do in the Philippines. IPs change in the Philippines pretty often. You cannot ban MACs of someone on the Internet unless you are on the same network. What does work in the Philippines is host bans. Many of the ISPs there assign hosts to certain parts of their network as well as certain customers, even residential customers. As an administrator at iSTORYA, I have banned entire cities, entire companies, entire Internet cafes or certain blocks of hosts. It may affect more than one person than it was intended to, but at least it was limited to a more focused area.
