its really been very frustrating for me that most of the house/apartment owners here in cebu just discriminates us people who seek to rent their places if we have pets...i don't know why this is a huge issue for them given the fact that we pay for the place, and we are the ones living with our pets...

anyway, just post your offers,...preferably located within Cebu City....budget is around 12k-15k...thanks....

hi! i've got one unit available.

3 storey apartment with 3 BR, 2 CR, one car garage, laundry area, and terrace.

located in hidden homes cabangcalan mandaue city. its 5 minutes from usctc, 15-20 minutes from ayala or sm. very near as fortuna street. the unit has its own gate and private road.

rent is 15k per month. rate is negotiable depending on how many will occupy the unit. we require 2 months deposit and 1 month advance.

unit is newly repainted.

we allow pets only if they're small/medium size and you provide your own cages for them. this is just to not disturb the other units.
