Here’s the situation: Mr. X is my friend and we’ve been really good friends for pila na ka years, He’s sweet to me (sometimes) and even sending me hints here and there but i just shrugged it knowing nga basig wa ra siya lingaw usahay or mo-gawas iyang pag ka “player”. So we went on as friends..tambay here..tambay there..Like almost every day. Then I went to Manila for work. I was assigned there for three weeks. And one night, we got to chat..and here’s our conversation...

Mr. X: i care about you i just don't get to talk to you much
Girl: you never said that before
Mr. X: sweetie?
Girl: yes, i'm waiting for you to tell me how much you care for me
Mr. X: iyou don't think i really like you?
Girl: why would it matter
Mr. X : I've wanted you sincei met you, i think you're beautiful
Mr. X : and you're a smartass
Mr. X: and clever
Mr. X: that makes it even better
Mr. X : well I want you to know that I care about you even if you don't think so
Girl: I'm glad you shared this
Mr. X: i have to tell you something
Mr. X: i'm not sure how you'll respond

Mr. X : i don't really like hitting on my friends

Girl: how come you don't like it?
Mr. X: there's something you do for me...

Daghan og BLAHs afterwards but after we talked, I’m beginning to like him. And the fact nga I’ve known him like FOREVER. So, na busy ko mga 4 straight days and I was still in Manila but mu-look forward nako inig online nako coz I missed him and I want to talk to him again.
Then, pag online na nako...I was still on Invisible mode. I saw his status it said:

MR. X: I MISS YOU MY BEAUTIFUL, SEXY DENTIST.

And i’m not even a FREAKING DENTIST!!!!!!!!!! WTF?!?!

Gi-sapot jud ko whole day. When i got back to Cebu I never talked to him or even see him for like two weeks kay wa pa na human akong kasakit huhuhuhu

Am I right? Or I’m reading his signs wrong?

as you've said, mogawas iyang pagka player... try to know the person more before ka mo give sa imong love towards that person. kay dili lalim nga dako na imong gugma, dayon masakitan ra diay ka...
