    Default Cebu vs Manila

One thing I have noticed ngari sa Cebu. Once mangapply ka dugay kaayo ang processing. Dugay sad kaayo ang responce nila. Another thing also is very traditional kaayo ang pag accept sa applicant like you need to compose an Application Letter, Resume/Biodata and TOR pa jud in one envelope pero after all hanging diay kaayo imong application. Deli man tanan pero majority man gud ngari ingon ani.

While sa Manila. Paspas lagi ang processing and once you failed they would inform you courteously right away. Then practical sad kaayo. Resume/Biodata lang dalhon nimo and later nanang requirements once you passed. Application Letter is not necessary.

They implied a landmark once they advertised sa ilang job sa Newpaper of course para sayon ma locate. "Please wait our call. We will just call you for interview."

Well, Patience is a virtue. Pero I would say lahi ra jud ngari.

mao man gyud na sa "traditional" workplace.... pero call center gani, one day processing IS one day processing... that is if you don't "suck" in an interview...

Sa tinuod lang pud, there are not that many opportunity here in Cebu as compared to Manila.

ma traditional or di dapat versatile ka ky dako na tabang sa image na imo ma portray when looking for a job. to think this can be a point + if u know how to do the process!

i had the chance to live in Manila when i was in HS until first yr college but those time, i didnt like it much then. so congested, polluted and so expensive. i came back to Cebu and was even amazed that it turned out to be like small Manila already! i miss the small, clean, not so busy and not expensive cebu lifestyle. but this time is history na...

most pips either from luzon, visayas or mindanao goes to Cebu becoz it is a competitive society and is relative to Manila's way of life. so what more cud we ask for when Manila is at the palm of ur hand? hehehe

I had the same sentiments jud TS pagpangita nakog work diri. I was just about to lose it after 1 month of applying for jobs tapos walay follow up call or text kung nadawat ba or what. Funny jud diri kay naa gani ubang companies mo-require ihandwritten jud ang application letter.

Sa Manila, be it a small or big company, 1 day ra man ang process oi. Pinakadugay na nang 1 week. Naa pa cla isulti nga if we don't call you after a week, that means you didn't pass the exam/interview.
