question mga bro: ang smartbro share-it, can u use it outside cebu city?

i live in jones ave. i tried to bring it at talamban but didn't work. no signal, i guess. i tried it at a private room in chong hua but wala pud signal. the third LED (i think ang Signal LED, the one before the blue LED) doesn't light up.

i'm now in CDO and trying to see if it works. same thing. walay internet access because the third LED doesn't light up.

are there settings i need to tweak? or do i just need to find a better signal?

by the way, first two green LEDs and the blue LED light up. ang 3rd LED lang jud ang dili.

i think dapat mag work gyud ni siya kay mag kuha ra baya ka ug signal sa smart. nag try naka ug tawag sa customer service nila or technical support?

Yes for as long as you are in the same province. That is, if you got your Share-It Kit in Cebu, it will work anywhere in Cebu (but only within Cebu Province) for as long as there's 3.5G or HSPA coverage in the area that you are in.

You are correct boss - the reason it didn't work is because you didn't get any signal.
