How to make freegate stable?

Mga experts Im using Globe Tattoo then ask unta ko what to do para ma stable akong connection using freegate kay usually if mag download kog files from rapidshare or other file hosting all of a sudden ma putol cya. Unsay ako buhaton kay ang freegate ra jud medyo stable na connection sa akoang dapit. I am located at San Isidro Talisay City, Cebu.
