dunno sa traffic rules... but if urgent then maybe yes they are exempted since importante man kaau nang ila gidala...

kanang armored vehicles, (i apil nlang nato special services like ambulances and firetrucks, plus ato pa jud iapil military and police vehicles) naa na sila special previledges.. they follow specific protocols, they are exempt to some rules provided kinhanlanon na jud... and also, take note.. dili baya na sila as maneuverable as private vehicles and puvs.. dili na sila mo stop kung makabanga.. its a security procedure.. and naa baya idea nga dapit always on the move ang vehicle.. a moving vehicle is a difficult target.. and maka notice pud mo. wala na sila standard route.. ila na usbon2x ila routes..
