Shops in malls or big name computer shops are preferred as their reputation strong. Any business that has a bad rep would not last.

Things to consider when buying a net book:

1. Budget netbooks goes from 17-25k
2. What will you be doing with a net book? Games? Documentation?
3. Warranty and after sales support
