It is time that Cebu production companies and creatives come together to produce our own, original anime.

Would it not be great to have anime set in Cebu, the characters speaking Cebuano, and all the voice talents from Cebu's rich, world-class talent pool?

Who has the money and human resources to produce all-original anime here in Cebu?

More importantly, are many locals willing to pay good money for anime? Piracy has spoiled a lot of people to date.

Making anime obviously requires artists. Does Cebu have such artists for these productions? If not, then importing them would be necessary.

Funding is just the least of problems to make all new anime here in Cebu.
