akong sister. mag kuha na unta xa non prof nga license. pag adto niya LTO.. gi sugat xa sa mga laki sa gawas. pa drug test daw. gi kuyugan. then hagad sila nga naa ra daw mu lihok para sa iya license. since nagdali ra pud tawn ako sis.. ni bayad nlng. kay hasul daw with the exams.. ni bayad xa 2800. that was last month. ila gi kuha iya students permit, nbi clearance, gipa kuha pajud xa TIN nga form. diba number ra man kailangan?
nagpa fixer xa kay nag dali xa. less hasul. den hadlok pud xa mahagbong sa exams

until now.. wala pa gyapon xa gi picture.an.. sige lang ingon ang mag make nga guba daw ang para picture sa LTO. next week nlng..

so heres d question.. pwidi pa na mabawi sa akong sis ang money? unsaon mani? ma reklamo bah na? comments and suggestions please.....

i think wla na chance mabawi sa imo sis ang kwarta since dli LTO officer iya kasabot its just an ordinary na tao sa gawas sa LTO na nangwarta. about sa reklamo pwede ka ka reklamo sa LTO pero i guess ingnon raka ana nla na kadako sa sign ila gisulat na ayaw padala sa fixer but still ni agi ka sa fixer so im not sure kung naa ba action buhaton ang LTO ana.

pra sure mo kung guba jd ang picturan sa LTO i-check ninyo sa sulod kung naa gipang picturan then palusot ra to sa fixer and wla jd xa intention na tiwason ang imo license.

if im not mistaken sa new ISO standard sa LTO krn even mo agi ka ug fixer dapat jpun ka mo take ug writen exam ug actual exam ana. im not that sure though.

the only way makuha or makabalos ka sa fixer is ipa imbestigador or xxx nmo.

ana jud na xa. magamit ra na ang txt sa fixer if mo reklamo mo like sa imbestigador or xxx or maybe sa nbi. pero for sure ang kwarta gihatag sa imo sis kay nagasto nato sa fixer. ug usa pa kadaku anang 2800 oi. dli man kaabot ana ang magasto nmo sa pagkuha ug non-pro na license. if im not mistaken dli man gani mo abot ug 1K ang pagkuha sa license not included ang medical text ug drug test.

ni agi xa ug fixer knowing nga hasol free iya pagkuha ug license pero nasamotan nun xa ug ka hasol. for me no need nman na mo agi ug fixer kay perti rman ka saun ang pagkuha ug license. if kahibalo lng ka sa mga road signs, defensive driving, etc dali ra ipasar sa written exam. ug ang actual exam kay dali rman as long as kamao jd ka mo drive.

bro i'm sorry to tell you naa na jud 'to sa maayong kamot ang kwarta sa imo sister for xure dili na jud 'to makuha niya balik iya money...and besides dili na ka kakuha ug license karon kung dili ka mag-seminar, mag-exam, ug mag-actual ug drive yeah! that's right. Ana na sila ka strict karon, which is better man sab...

Exams from LTO are very easy and for you to get the license it'll only take you one whole day to process ug makuha pa dayon ang plastic ana na day. fOR a non-prof license your sister should have only spent Php1,100 (max) including drug test and the physical exams.

Dawaton na jud 'to niya as loss...lisod jud na siya bai kung mo-report pa ka sa LTO bahin ato na fixer, unya nakabayad na imo sis, basin dugay-dugayon pa siya sa LTO sa pagkuha ug license. Okay lang unta 'to na ni-report siya na wala pa nakabayad kay sigurado ma-tigok jud 'to na fixer...hehehe

think of it as a loss. charge it to experience. ang guba na camera is not a reason. thats an aliby. coz before ka pa take sa exam which is imu g-file imu student permit ug t.i.n, they will take the picture na. dili naka kuhaan usab ug photo. basta lahi na process sa LTO ron bro. its better to get a license by yourself than leave all to the fixer. if you go to LTO by 8am you can get your license(hard plastic) on or before 5pm same day. exam is easy if you'll read and understand the reviewer.

Maypa ni subay nalang sya sa tarong nga processing bro, sayon raman ang exam if maminaw lang ka sa discussion unya pwede pa ka maka review. Morning ka sugod process, 4pm makuha na u np.

as far as i know. LTO main is already strict na especially when it comes to getting a license plus they wont tolerate with the fixer things anymore because ang mga tao pod diha sa LTO gipang ilisan napod ug mga bag.o. wala nato mga karaan. so mas estricto na sila.. i got my license pag bag.o lang nila ug renovate so medyu dli pa ayu strict. wala ko ka agi sa kanang TIN number ug sa practical test pero nuon naka take jud ko sa seminar and sa exam. dali raman ang exam, kung maminaw lang ka and common sense lang. when my brother wanted to get a license, ara na xa naka agi sa tanan hasul2x.. ni agi pasad siya sa practical which is naa sa recla. so mu balik2x paka from LTO main to recla and back to LTO. kapoy pod oi.. mura 2 days ga balik2x ako bro. anywyas, just want to share. good luck sa license sa imu sis bro..
