Bro, tan-awa sa ug psychiatrist ba jud imong kinahanglan ... basin ug psychologist ra sad; ang psychiatrist will deal with your pathologies: phobias, psychosis, depressions, etc, with corresponding drugs and even a stay in the hospital... ang psychologist, kay i process ka through sessions to deal with your fears and anxieties, anger, psychosomatic symptoms, etc .. and try to see the deep roots of these feelings; how to deal with them and manage them so that these may not affect your daily routine.

im always depressed.. im always mad. i can never forgive my parents even though theyre dead na.. wat u think...? do i need a psychiatrist

By the way you said it, I think, all you need is a processing of your anger: here, towards your parents, by a psychologist. A psychiatrist will charge you much more than a session of a psychologist ... Besides, if your issues are only on the parents-child relationships, then healing wounded emotions can well be addressed through counseling. What is the gauge that you will need a psychiatrist? It is when you a build castle in your imagination ... and insisting on living there!

imho,
you've been given suggestions, of the places where you could go and get the opinion you need. you don't have to be a demented person just to see a shrink. if you're aware that you need professional help, then that means you haven't lost it yet.
