guys, ask ko inyo opinion... me and my brother are planning to have a business by next year, our plan is imnan(mini bar) cya...

wat can u say or suggest about it?

our plan is we will look for a place near ra sa amo para dali ma check...

any inputs?

The place should be in a crowded area like sa fuente which is 24 hours naa tao. Pero depende sa status sa imo bar either inato ba or sosyal. Kung sosyal pwede sa fuente or sa ayala or kung asa duol ang mga discohan. But you must have a place of your own. Kay anha ka sa rent malugi kung mag rent ka.

But if in my case, i prefer other places outside Cebu that is..... if sakto ka sa capital. Huna-huna-a lang ang set up like Boracay. Naa kay bar then naa pud kay mga cabins for tourist accommodations...you can make it simple at the start then slowly transform it according to your taste.

ako ma suggest is to invest on a theme.. para ma set-apart mo sa uban... kung generic mo, you'll just be another fish in the sea..

maski pa naa mo sa taas sa bukid, pero nindut inu theme and atmosphere, naa jud mga tao moadto...

i also advise that you research your target market first... lisud man gud ng one size fits all.. kung inu target middle class, dont expect much lower class or higher class people.. kung inu target students, expect lots of pedophiles.. hehehe.. basta, you get the point

Well in your case naa na kay place, then go for it. At least wala kay abangan. Once you make a name mo dayo ra ang tawo.

Ako sad bitaw bai, mao sad na ako plan na mag business na lang once mag for good na ko. Nia ko sa middle east ron. Pero sa pag ka karon nag pa alima nako ug lobster sa Surigao. Nya nag plan sad ko mag breed ug arowana since mao man gyud ako hilig. Gikan pako nag elementary hangtud nag high school hangtud naminyo nako sige ko breed ug isda ug uban pa mga pets. Naundang lang pag larga nako diri last 2001.

All business is good bai basta focus lang ka. Ug maayo sad na mentras abtik pa ta makasugod ta ug sayo para taas ug agi kaysa sige lang ta work tibuok life nato. target market and location. ponder on these questions:
a) walking distance ra sa mga students boarding houses?
b) What type of class ang crowd.
c) budget sa market... (i.e sayang mag tikila ka nya beer ang ma afford)
