If you are looking for a PCMCIA to Serial Converter..., this is quite rare...

There are USB to Serial Converters available in CDRKing and FastWin [costing around 100~300php]

Unlike the PCMCIA counterpart..., the USB type can be hotswapped and is plug-and-play I believe...
