Weight: 131lbs
Bench: 90lbs [max]
Squat: 120lbs [max]
Standing military press: 40lbs [max]
Clean Press 40lbs [max]
Deadlift 100-120lbs [max]
Bent row 50-60lbs
this is what im planning to do for 4weeks or 8weeks:
Workout A
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
*Dips 2x8 (New)
Workout B
Squat 3x5
Standing military press 3x5
Bent Row 3x5
or
Clean Press 3x5
*Chin-ups 2x8 (New)
what should be my next workout program after this?
