im a solo parent and for the first time, i get to enjoy the benefits of being a solo parent of course provided i comply with the terms and condition, one would be that i have a duly signed solo parent card from dswd and i am at least have a minimum tenure with the company im currently working,and that i have 7 days a year leave as a solo parent, my questions are
1. is this 7 days on top of the vacation leave given by the company?
2. is there a separate pay for the solo parent leave?
reasons im asking these questions is that the company im working with doesnt seem to know exactly how this works. please help
