Accident in Tisa, Labangon, with pic

Happened few minutes ago in Tisa, Labangon. I took this shot just few seconds after accident.

I was riding on a taxi... then people started running in front of us.... just few meters away there lies a kid struggling and breathing and blood spilled out of his head. A motorcycle was beside him. A green jeepney was blamed by the local residents........

After that, the taxi and I made a glimpse of the scenery and took a shot. I'm now at home somewhere north of cebu city, posting this.

d naman na kahibug-ngan sa labangon.. ako kay taga TISA man jud.. daghan kaaung tao mag labang2x sa dalan.. usahay mag patunga pa.. over populated naman kaau ang labangon gud.. especially ang TISA (Tiangge to mention), mga bata uban gani mukalit lag labang d mutan-aw2x if naa bay jeep muagi...

Accidents can't be blame on the motorist or the driver only.. SALA PUD NI SA GINIKANAN, NGANO GI PASAGDAN ra man nila ilang anak.. PATUGA TUGA UG PALUSOT UG BATA, then D KAMA-O MO GA'M...

MAO NAY KAPAET SA MGA PINOY NGA BIGA RAY GI-UNA...
