    why is it na dugay kaau mahuman ng mga OT sa eperformax? maabot mn ug 5 hrs or more? nagfollow pa ba na cla ug labor code?do they own their employee's lives? gipalit na ba nla ang tanang oras sa employee tungod sa ila bonus every payday? it doesn't make any sense. la na cla khunahuna sa kadtong naay mga pamilya...disappointing jud kaau.

    tanan na account... naa pay ebay na pa OThon ka if naay moabsent sa imu mga kateam. dli pa jud na paid imu OT. unsa cla siniswerte? iadd pa na nla imu OT hours sa imu unpaid offline time that is 1 hr for lunch and 30mins (1st break and 2nd break)...most call centers 9 hrs ra total imu regular hours of work. ilaha 9 hrs and 30 mins. pun-an pa jud ug OT nga almost 5 hrs. nindota jud ui.naa pa jud na ilang style na mwala imu regular employee status if mabalhin kag account. pwerte jung luoya sa kadtong mga 1yr to 2 yrs na sa company. balik na pud pagkatrainee nga kinahanglan mopasar sa tanang training, PST, OJT, Academy Bay... unya balik na pud ang sweldo flat 12k. bawion pa imu company phone. bastosa jud ui. grabe pa jud ang favoritism. ang kadtong mga sip2x ang makapasar sag di maau moperform. kadtong mga maau na maghinilom lng, goodbye! the best kuno cla. ambot lng asa cla best. sa pagarpar?

    as long as dili mandatory then i think wa blema na. upon discretion lang sa employee/agent if mu OT or dili.

    OT is paid either 100, 150 or 200 per hour depends on your output. i am not aware that people are doing 5 hours OT... i know that right now there is a mandatory 1 hour OT @ 150 per hour average (100 minimum, 200 maximum per hour)... you don't have to do it everyday... you can make up during your RD if you want so long as you have a total of atleast 1 hour every workday at the end of the week.

    anyway, i heard you resigned from the card services angelic_devil... FYI... ebay pays for OT

    and we make it a point not to go over the 48 hr work week as mandated in our contract and in accordance to the labor code.

    you don't know who i am shoeless_rebel...you've mistaken me for someone else. currently, an account is working too much on Pod Designs and even if their shift ends at 7:30am, they get out of the office at almost 12pm. this is not a paid OT. and the coach is a single lady who might be on a prowl for guys coz her team is comprised mainly of guys. this has been going on for almost 2 weeks now. i don't think it's just designing that they are doing...this coach is going way over her limits. she has forgotten about those who have families.

    if you talk about designs and stuff then i do agree with you... it's too much hassle. i do not think it's mandatory though.

    did you even ask why you need to do O.T.? Verify from your SUPs first why OT is badly needed, the compay might be needing to deal with billable hours for everyone's benefit.. Talk to your SUPs before complaining/..
