Depends on the video card you want to SLI/CF
If its a low consumption video card, even a 500 watts can do SLI/cf
Too many good psu brands
Corsair
Gigabyte
Silverstone
Antec
Enermax

I prefer Silverstone, Kay tested nani nako. e sli lang nimu? kaya naman ang 1000 watts. subra pa gali na depends also sa imung VC. if for example mag ati 5970 ka, kana I think you need more than that cguru if im not mistaken.

find a psu nga sli cerified
could be gigabyte, silverstone, etc, but those psu's nga sli certified would cost you

depende unsa nga card, kung imo cf kay duha ka HD 4670 kaya ra na sa HEC Raptor, or sli nimo duha 9600GT, if mas power hungry ang card, better get higher watt PSU's og dapat reliable pud ang brand

you need to compute
pila ang wattage for each card and add ... plus the wattage sa imung mobo and peripherals
like for exmaple if naa kay total of 480 watts of total computer consumption.... dapat imu nag parisan ug 600 watts nga PSU ...
pero thats my style lang huh....
