Default philippine tv giants exploiting the public

In u.s. Tv, 30 mins tv runtime is cmposed of 23 minutes of the show and 7 mins ads. I asked my frend who watches 'darna' on gma7 to observed the total runtime. She said that its more or less 45 minutes for the whole show. I know that phil. Tv follows u.s. Standards, if such is true, 23 mins darna and 22 mins adds. Wow! Parang over ata? Say ur watching 4hrs of gma7 or abs, just imagine the amount of electricity wasted for watching the ads. its big. and people are nt even aware of it. and im even bothered why local news like 24oras would eat 90 minutes of air time. abs vs gma? i dnt care. i love discovery, axn, bbc. but nt everyone can avail of cable. i just hope that these tv giants take time in reevaluating how exactly to be of service. its nt a reason that public hav to watch hours of ads just to keep networks to produce shows. may mga charity work nga sila, pero knti lang yun sa nakukuha ng artista. kaya yang mga shows na may txt txt para manalo yung isang candidate, di dpat yan sa bansa natin.

these tv networks, all they care about is their pockets. as long as the masses is there to watch their lousy shows, they will always be there to exploit the public.

a 30 sec ad would translate to 75 to 200k paycheck for a network, depending on the time and rate. just imagine how many 30 sec you can squeeze to 7 mins, or even 22 mins? now this, the lopez' has outstanding share in the power industry. people watch the shows, konting sali sa mga txt promo or voting, raves that the network they like is number 1, magpapakamatay just to catch a glimpse of an artista, but in the end, anjan ang bill ng kuryente, gastos load. poor public. if only people would realize that the local tv scene is getting senseless and boring. wala na quality, o talagang never nagkaron?

ang ads pud dri sa singapore is very minimal compared sa pilipinas. based on my observation, average of 3 ads in between. dha kay dugay kau mahuman ang commercials. lahi ra jud and ang commercials kay no non sense...straight to the point. walay mga 3 in 1 plus 1 kind of crap hahaha
