Pang all around nga trabaho, dako kaayo ug ikatabang ang linux, di maluya ug masulit nako ang performance sa hardware. Worry free computing was only realized when leaving MSWindows. However, Linux is not the system for everyone to use but it is best for those who have not tried MSWindows.

sad but true, most of business applications are made to run on windows, sure you can run windows apps on Linux, but you have to run it on Wine... windows had lots of issues so does linux, thou only minimal...

regards on support... windows had strong corporate support, compared to linux, since it is open-source, support varies.

if you are a business ownder, go for windows
if you are an individual, go for linux
if you are a gamer, go for windows or get a console

i used windows because of the things that only windows can provide, thou i still support linux (esp. Bayanihan and Ubuntu)

if you want a linux but you still want some windows application, get OSX
