    Baldurs Gate Compilation

    Baldurs Gate

The story takes place in TSR's® best-selling FORGOTTEN REALMS®. The
western shore along the Sea of Swords contains a multitude of ecologies
and terrains including mountains, forests, swamps, marshes, plains,
cities, and ruins. Collectively called the Sword Coast, it attracts
adventurers and evil alike, and is the backdrop for this epic adventure.

The region encompassed by this game is roughly bordered to the South by
the Cloud Peaks, the East by the Wood of Sharp Teeth, the West by the
Sea of Swords, and the North by Baldur's Gate (the largest and most
    affluent city in the region).

Chaos threatens to overwhelm the Sword Coast. The state of Amn is under
siege to the south, the High Moor is being overrun in the north, and the
region around Baldur's Gate is in turmoil. In an area known for its
ample resources, a crippling shortage is slowly developing for the metal
that is used throughout the Realms for everything from swords to forks -
iron. When iron ore reaching the region is smelted, the resulting wares
are plagued with brittleness such that they crack and break with little
more than normal use. What's worse, trading caravans coming from all
directions into Baldur's Gate are under constant attack from bandits and
cutthroats who loot not for gold and gems (although they often take
those too...), but for iron. The armed factions in Baldur's Gate can
scarcely keep themselves armed and the commoners are suffering all the
more. Without iron they cannot mend their tools or purchase plows - and
everyone knows that if they cannot farm or craft, they will starve come
    winter.

Some blame Amn for the chaos, others the trading cartels, and still
others suspect even the Dukes of Baldur's Gate. Yet, this contagion may
be an early omen of some greater evil...

The player starts the game with one character. This character can be
generated using any of the races, classes, and alignments allowed by
ADVANCED DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS®. Up to five other adventurers may join
the central character as the epic quest proceeds. The player begins in
the glorious castle of Candlekeep, an orphan seeking self-knowledge.

Although once a stolid coastal fortress, Candlekeep is now a great
library filled with endless dusty tomes and crusty sages. The player is
led out of the keep by a mentor into the wilds of the Sword Coast, and
    the adventure begins...

    Tales of the Sword Coast

Continue your travels on the Sword Coast with the next set of adventures
in the award-winning Baldurs Gate roleplaying game series. Legends of
treasures lost and monsters to be defeated abound in the region. Almost
all have at least some basis in truth. Are you up to the tast? Will you
return with even more fame than you accumulated in your previous
travels? Or will you journey off, never to be heard from again the
source of your own legend, in turn?

Baldurs Gate 2 Shadows of Amn

Welcome to a world of intrigue, adventure and fierce combat.

Every world has conflict. Good and evil. Friend and foe. Safety and
danger. In Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, you'll find yourself
between these factions. This epic sequel will immerse you in a world of
intrigue, adventure and fierce combat where your ability to discern the
difference between these sides - with the assistance of steel and spell
    - determines your fate.

In Baldur's Gate I, you defeated your evil half-brother Sarevok and
prevented your father Bhaal, the dead Lord of Murder, from returning to
the Forgotten Realms. Now, in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, the
stakes have become much higher. Will you resist the evil within you, and
forge a legend of heroic proportions? Or will you embrace your monstrous
inner nature, and carve a swath of destruction across the Realms?

Your story begins anew in the exotic southern kingdom of Amn, amidst the
opulence of the sinister capital city of Athkatla. Journey through the
fierce, unforgiving wilderness of Amn, and through the treacherous
caverns of the Underdark, in your quest for artifacts of awesome power
and treasure of inestimable wealth.. even challenge dragons, if you
dare. Such is the life of a legend.

    Throne of Bhaal

The road lies open before you. It is forever twisting and turning,
leading you through the darkest unknowns, to the heights of glory. Yet
as a Child of Bhaal, your path is inescapably clear to you - it has
already been prophesized. From your humble beginnings in Candlekeep, to
the dungeons of Durlags Tower, and through the lands of Amn, your dark
heritage has relentlessly shadowed you. Now it is time to grasp the
destiny that is yours and enter into a war amidst the other Children of
Bhaal which rages across the lands of Tethyr. Your road has once again
veered towards danger, and you choose your course with caution. But you
know that as long as Bhaals Throne of Blood stands empty, chaos shall
    reign.

yep its veryyyyy good way mahay

    tempting kaayo moduwa balik da

kay kadaghanan sa mga RPG ron, puro graphics, way ayo content. Like Fable, wa juy lami ang game play, kay in the long run, makuha nimo tanang skills, so warrior, hunter, wizard in one ka. Super hero daun tunga tunga palang sa game, boring kaayo, wa na challenge pag later in the game

mura siya ug icewind dale (same engine, same mechanics) but more focused siya on the story (you only get to create one character, the others will be recruits). Be sure to get Boo and Minsc, eheh.

Man, this was an awesome game back then, musta played 150-200+ hours worth on Baldur's Gate 2 + Throne of Bhaal, definitely on my top 10 best games of all time. If Diablo / Titan Quest bores you with its click-click-click gameplay and you don't mind the graphics (artwork was fantastic for the game, but it's in 2D) this is a game to get.

I loved this game especially BG2.. really addictive, hundreds and hundreds of hours of gameplay, wala ra ang NWN compared ane.. and the story is really good for an open-ended game like this..

I know, the graphics suck now.. but the gameplay is still great and there are lots of memorable moments out there.. BG2 was the game that sucked my free time and my social life waaay back when I was still in high school..
