ME 2009 is supposed to be held here in Cebu but Mayor Tomas declined due to the cost of sponsoring the pageant. Sayang noh? Hehe. Pero I think Osmena thought what is best for the city. Tomas not keen on Miss Earth tilt - INQUIRER.net, Philippine News for Filipinos

“I am not willing to host it because it will cost a lot of money. It's not my priority,” Osmeña said.

This will be shown in ABS-CBN on November 22, 2009 probably mga 9:30 PM.

Pero i've seen their preliminary evening gown sa YT, i think mas better si Venezuela and Spain. I don't like Miss Philippines' evening gown. Sorry. heheh
