French living in Philippines, student in business in a french internet university, I have some ideas to make my business here. With my European eyes, I can see what could be the lacks here, and a lot of things (as if a foreigner would come in my country).

I am looking for some partners to invest with me. I don't need a lot of money because I plan to keep 40% of the capital and I don't invest a lot but I need know-ledges.
Investors with know-ledges in one of the follow list are welcome :
- All about computer
- Laws of Philippines
- Accounting
- Languages (especially Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and all other European languages)
- Agriculture

My activity is based on export and satisfy the philippines economy (for example, an investment in something always imported).

If you are interested by that, please PM me and describe me who you are, what are your intentions or ideas, and how much would you like invest. I will take only 2 or 3 partners and the HQ would be here in Cebu city.
