Hi, your computer is infected with a spyware. The 'Cyber Protection Center' software that is installed in your computer causes a fake alert/pop-up that impersonates Windows Security Center.
This spyware also causes the following:
• Changes browser settings
• Shows commercial adverts
• Stays resident in background

This will help you remove viruses, spywares and malwares from your computer and prevent them from infecting your computer in the future.
You may also manually remove the spyware by doing the ff.
Kill processes:
tsc.exe
Instructions:
1. Press ctrl+shift+esc to launch task manager
2. click on the process tab locate the program exe, then click it and press End key
3. click again on the end process button on the newly opened small window.
Delete registry values:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Cyber Security
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run “1FD92E3F7C34799BFB075C41DA05D1FE”
Instructions:
1. Click on Start and then Run....
2. In the text box in the Run window, type regedit and click OK. The Registry Editor program will open.
3. Using the + icon, navigate down through the registry key branches until you reach the subkey (the folder on the left) that you're wanting to delete, or the subkey that contains the value (on the right) you're wanting to delete.
Unregister DLLs:
winsource.dll iehelpmod.dll
Instructions:
1. From Start –> Run, type “cmd” then click on Open
2. Type “regsvr32 /u filename.dll” where “filename” is the name of the file that you like to unregister which would be winsource.dll and iehelpmod.dll
Delete files:
tsc.exe iehelpmod.dll winsource.dll Help.lnk Registration.lnk Cyber Security.lnk
Instructions:
1. You can use either Windows Explorer or My Computer to navigate to the file or folder you wish to delete.
a. Using Windows Explorer: Open Windows Explorer (Left click Start then Programs then Accessories then Windows Explorer) or (Hold down the Windows key and press E)
b. Using My Computer: Windows XP Users click Start then My Computer. All other Windows users double left click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Navigate to the file or folder that you would like to delete.
Highlight the file or folder by left clicking it once.
Now press the Delete key on your keyboard.
A window will then popup asking for confirmation to send the file or folder to the Recycle Bin. Click Yes to move the file to the recycle bin or No to keep the file where it is.
