This morning, I read on today's Sun.Star that a new pizza joint has opened at the Gallery in Mabolo - Brasco Pizza & Pasta.

On the way home from work, I passed by and decided to try it out by taking home a 14-inch vegetarian (Plant Eaters) pizza.

When I got home and opened my pizza, I was impressed with the way it looked. Lots of cheese, rich pasta sauce, onions and spinach scattered all over. The pizza is the thin crust type but what sets it apart from the others is its crunchy structure. The Planet Eaters 14-inch pizza cost P275.

I'm enjoying the pizza as I post this.

I ordered another pizza there yesterday, a small size Say Cheese Pizza (tomato sauce, mozarelle cheese and garlic). For a thin crust pizza priced at P139, it sure is worth it and tasty. It's 10 inches alright but it is more satisfying than any of Alberto's Pizza's 11-inch mozarella pizzas costing P130-135.
