-Tomas doesn't want to be involved in a very possible lamp post, CICC or Balili-gate scandal.


On another note, city hall's "think tank" are a far cry from capitol's. WHY? because they hired young and bright individuals from top caliber schools which ARE NOT RELATED to the mayor. i hope capitol could say the same.

Anything that has Garcia's hand in it is going to be a disaster, just like the CICC or Balili. The LRT's if implemented with their influence, is either going to have trains with broken roofs that leak and drench the passengers when it rains, or train tracks that go into the sea. For that reason alone, the LRT idea is stupid and will never happen so we should stop dreaming about it, it's not going to happen the way we envision it EVER! At least not in our lifetime or while there is a single Garcia anywhere in public office in the Visayas.

The Garcia family is proof positive of the adage that the rotten tree can spawn nothing but rotten fruits.
