We have a medium sized internet cafe in Lapu Lapu and I have a few concerns regarding PLDT's very nice service, last friday we lost our internet connection and when we called PLDT's support, they said na naputlan daw mi, then I asked, ngano na putlan man nga sakto ug on time man ang among bayad then they traced it, confirmed nga naka bayad mi, the question is sakto ba diay na putlan diretso ang usa ka business subscriber without any disconnection notice? Bisan tawag man lang unta as a warning para maka prepare.
Tungod sa ilang gibuhat we lost 5 days of sales, daku na kaau nga lugi ug downtime, I hope nga dili ni mahitabo sa uban kay tungod sa negligence or unsa ba daghan kaayo ang na hasol.
