well, atheists have been living this life for are long time, and they seems to be doing pretty well. there is still love for others, concern for the environment, and a grasp of morality. so, we have living examples of the situation you just pointed out.

so you think people need religion to control their behaviors?
i guess you're right. Since we're living in a very unsane and inhumane culture/system, people do need religion to keep us from knowing what's going on, and focus on the afterlife instead of this life.
