25-30 ?? im not sure if that can be enough even CPU alone..
wait for july 23rd and get the conroe E6600 retail price is about 18k for those chips.

i''ll be using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere, and 3D Max cguro.. di man jud kaayo as in bug-at ang ako mga task pra sa mga gi mention na softwares.. hehehehe grabe pod na ang CPU nga abot 30K oi! ehhehehe

you might considered to buy a second hand hdd...
mga 10-20gigs for your temp file and scratch disk for the photoshop..

you will have a better performance in photoshop and other application..

There are workstation computers that are being sold around that budget. But normally, they're not packaged for intensive graphic solutions.. You could buy one of these packages and then upgrade the RAM, VGA, HDD, etc.. at a later date.

for a budget work station try to get a 3600+ X2 ikaw na bahala mix and match sa uban specs atleast sa processor dli ka sipyat.. a 1GB ram should suffice and a standard 128mb videocard will do

Youd better go with AXP 64 3500+ or higher

also you could consider a Geforce Quadro.
