Studio type/ Room/ Apartment

I am looking for a space to be able to call home for the next few years and the following is what I would strongly prefer:

• Place should be near USC main, Banawa, Capitol, Lahug, AS Fortuna, Mabolo or anywhere near this places for as long as it has easy access on transportation like Jeepney and is safe.
• Must have own CR in the room.
• Have a kitchen area in the room or must be able to cook inside the room or Just have a Sink is fine)
• Having own entrance/detached would be most preferred.
• Having AC set in the room with own meter. (of course)
• Good for two(couple)
• Must not be noise conscious.

I do not have a vehicle which I may use as my mode of transportation, please consider that I am a student and will be walking for most of the time being. Please ensure that the suggested places would be safe enough for a student to walk around and has easy access on public transportation.


Budget is around 5000 - 7000 pesos any offers higher will also be considered

Any suggestions, recommendations would be much appreciated.

I am planning to transfer before the 18th of February.

isn't it difficult for transportation there? I remember I had relatives who lived near that area.
