Hi. I have a house in Peace Valley, Lahug. It's newly-renovated, will be ready sometime in November 2009. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 Toilet/Bath, a separate Maid's Quarters, a small storeroom, and can accomodate 3 cars. I am asking for 25K but open to negotiations. please pm me if you're interested
