Since we're dealing with the lottery here, it involves a lot of numbers and lots of probabilities here. Any input on the probability theorem would be greatly appreciated. Please be informed that this is not the thread for you to find winning lottery numbers. We're just gonna weigh in the possibilities of how you should win the lottery.
First, let me start with a few questions. I happen to be a BSCS student and im currently re-reviewing my probability theorem classes as they could really lend a hand in my daily routine (HELL NO, I DON'T BET IN THE LOTTERY). This isn't a homework anyways.
Now here's the question, could you increase your chances of winning by,
-betting on the same numbers you had in the previous draw?
-betting on lucky pick(randomly generated numbers) in every game?
a ridiculous question, could you actually win if your numbers are consecutive to each other? (01 02 03 04 05 06, etc...)
The answers to these questions are obvious, you will always have a slim chance of winning. However if you have numbers to present, put it in so we may know
PS: Sorry for the grammatical errors. Been very sleepy while posting this but then I posted this as I am thinking this would be a nice subject to discuss
