Venue:

Jemandee, ESFA Bldg, 77 RR Landon St. corner Junquera Ext. Cebu City

Schedule:

Starts October 17, 2009 at 07:00pm (Saturday)

Registration requirements:

1) Team Name
2) Contact Name (Team captain) and number
3) Full names of all team members and gaming ID.
4) Each team must pay Php500 over the counter at the venue.
5) Registration ends on October 16 at 11:59 PM.

Settings:

- 6.61b
- Captain's Mode
- Sentinel/Scourge decided by coin toss

Rules: *CHEATERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED and PROSECUTED!!!

- No time restrictions
- No exploitation of any known bug
- No interrupting or harassing of other players
- Item share is allowed
- Ally control is allowed
- Backdoor is allowed
- Creep block is allowed
- Substitution is only allowed between games (Substitute must be listed during registration maximum of
2 players)
- Game will be save every 15mins in case of disconnection.
- Item restrictions: 1 mekanism per team, 1 guinsoo per team, 1 khadgar pipe
- Umpire’s decision must be respected


Format:

1) Classic Single-Elimination Bracket format
- Best of three (Quarter Finals upwards)
