i know this thread would cause some regulars here to go ballistic at me. you can throw anything you like at me but i just wanted to know if there are any fans? i've been a fan since high school. i still get myself updated about their solo careers even if they not that famous anymore. they're a thing in the past but i still love them, all five of them.

fan pud ko! nahimo lang ko fan nila when geri left the group back. i bought all the albums, as in! i even have their solo material. about victoria beckham's solo album, wala jud na siay gi-release sa pilipinas. too bad as i thought the fan base in the philippines was still large at that time. it was released in indonesia and some other countries though. :P

i miss the 90s. it was the time when the spice girls was the cheesiest yet successful girlband to break the boring pop scene. they were criticized as the biggest manufactured act of the decade but it didn’t matter to me at all. they didn’t have the best voices but i love them and still do.

oops i forgot to answer this one. emma bunton does have a second album. it’s called free me. it was released last year initially in the u.k. only. then it was released in some countries in europe then asia and then it was released in the united states in hopes of breaking into the american music scene. as it turned out to be, the album didn’t do quite well in the u.s. maypa sa indonesia, na-release pa didto ang free me, diri sa pilipinas, wala jud. fortunately, a friend of from the u.k. gave me a copy of the album. it’s a 60s inspired pop that’s worth to collect if you are a big fan. it’s not the same as today’s synth-pop made by trashy *** kittens.

melanie c also has a third album coming out. fortunately her two albums northern star (1999) and reason (2003) were released here. her second album wasn’t commercially successful so virgin records dumped her. in effect, she made her own recording company, red girl records, which will release her third album this year. sadly, i don’t think her third album called beautiful intentions will be released in the philippines.

feeling man gud sa recording company na dili jud enough ang fanbase para mu-succeed commercially ang album. it’s a risk on their part. malugi jud sila labi na nga minus kaayo ang promotion sa mga solo spice material diri sa ato karon. in my own opinion, our music scene these days is so filthy with silly revivals, fake rock and crappy r&b. maihap lang jud ang naay talent, both opm and international.

mao ba? asa man ka kakuha sa imo copy? is it original? i only heard the song out of your mind, katong naay robot sa video. i know the guy was from a boyband.

kakita ko sa video ni emma sa channel v once. she looks so skinny. i thought she was naked in the video. it sounded like a theme song from a james bond movie. :P

i never liked destiny's child one single bit. they're too american for my taste. brit pop rules!

destiny's child has a lot of spunk for pop.

i enjoyed some of their (spicegirls) songs and antics (the platform shoes and pink wigs) but i cant say im a fan. sexy man ang two become one. murag make-out song...

fan kaayo ko sa spice girls sa una....i have casette tapes( cassete tape pa ang uso ato...hehe) a spice, spice world and goodbye nila na album.....
grabe jud kaayo....ni tan-aw jud ko sa sine ato ilang movie na spice world...nahan sad ko sa ila mga sanina before...especially kato ilang bus...
