    Default labor code..employee proby status ug regular status


    sa labor code ba...kinsa naa idea ninyo about probitionary status nga period ug kung kanus a dapat i regular(or tangtangon if dili ma regular) ang employee?

    mostly jud 6 months man jud ang contract sa proby.
    after 6 months if dili ka ma regular e terminate jud ka.

    i've heard also nga some companies nga kung below satisfactory imong ratings after i-evaluate ka for regular... dili ka i-terminate but i-extend imong proby status

    i think maximum og 6 months man tingali ang probi... usually sab i-regular jud na, basta lang wala ka nagpabadlong og maau.

    ahh pwede diay na ma extend ang proby status?what if dili jud ka mu pasar sa ilang standards pero dili ka nila i terminate? for example kung naa ka binding contract sa company ba, nya for example 2 years ang binding contract. unsa on man na cya? 2 years ka nga magpabilin nga proby? ask lang ko kay ing ani man gud ang nahitabo sa akong friend..nya luoy kau cya..

    ako sad i think 6 months jud ang max sa proby nya either i regular or i terminate na ka..pero gi extend man ang ilang proby status..

    basta ang situation jud sa akong friend karon is..naa cya existing nga binding contract sa company, nya after six months of proby status, wala cya na regular..instead, gi extend ang iyang proby period. nya ang reason nga wala cya naregular is tungod wala cya kapasar sa duha ka certification exams..ang giingon man gud daw sa company is kung mapasar na niya ang duha ka certification exams anha pa cya i regular..ang problema is ang exam man gud is dili sad sayon..nya what if dili jud nya mapasar ang exam? magpabilin cyang proby for 2 years? kay dili man sad cya basta2 makaresign kay naa man contract cya for 2 years sa company..nya sa kana untang duha ka tuig, kung makahawa lang cya sa company niya karon, makagrow na unta cya professionally sa uban nga company..and i think madawat man sad jud cya kung muapply cya ug lain nga company kay maau man sad cya..nya ang certification exam sad is twice lang per year ang usa, nya ang usa ka exam is once lang per year..

    pait-ta pud ana... hmmm.. maybe ask siya sa ilang HR kung unsa man gyud..

    and unsa man pupd diay gusto sa imo friend? something a contract is a contract but kung ok ra sa mga dagko sa company.. sugtan ra ka kung gusto na ka muhawa...
