mangurog jod akong hands when im nervous, tensed etc...
it only goes away ig-human ana na spcific situation ausing my anxiety.
maybe its normal pero so far wa juy power ako mind to control it.
i want it o go away or at least control man lng...
any tips?
--done deep breathing
--hand exercises
--other relaxation techniques
but all failed..
should i try medications?
