errr.. nadawat q sa work sa etel 1st week sa september..

then after 1 week nibigay man aq lawas.. d day q pang call center jud..

dayon maikog man q mo resign kay 1 week pa gud tawn q..

mao tong ni awol nlng q.. wa man sab sa kontrata nga pabayron q f d q mo work..

so ok ra.. dayon yesterday i receive an mail nga pareporton q.. or else filan q kaso..

mogokod jud day ang etel? hahayz.. patay q ani..

btw contractual aq work dd2..

.. hhhmmmmm... no offense but it's your fault. Here you are asking questions here in istorya when fact of the matter is, it's you who should be responsible in this matter, why YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING. Know every little detail. And it's common that before you are admitted to work, the company will always tell you the basic context of the contract.


.. my advice: go to their office and explain to them to what your situation is - NOT HERE.

anyways theres no bond sa contract.. i read it carefully thats why wala q ni hesitate nga mo awol..

.. i see. sorry for the sarcasm but that's just the way i talk but my point is - it's pointless talking to people here when all they can do is give you advice and theories. Best solution is to go directly to your office and tell them - i quit, my body can't handle it. Give them some medical certificates to back your claim coz your word alone is not sufficient.

wer u not informed by HR that cash bond applies until 6 months?

kay basing on my experience noh, when i was still on the process of my application, the one who interviewed me told me about those cash bond things.. so even if ur part of etel tapos ma term ka due to poor performance, they're still gonna let you pay the cash bond.. that is within the 6 months period..

the best thing you do is go to etel..then inform them about your health..kay wla my makapugos nato mo work if d jud nato kaya... d ba? i know makaunderstand ra cla brod. Gud luck!!!!
