my collegue is planning to buy an EG sa Manila kay mas cheaper peru he has 2nd thoughts. Lisod pud inig tan-aw nimu una condition pa ang car peru wala ka kahibalu in the long run diha na pud magsugod ang problema. what do you think guys?

be careful when buying cars that are submerged. the electrical will never be the same. in the USA it is ILLEGAL in almost all states to sell a car that has been submerged in water. There has to be a reason for that. imagine driving a car and all of the sudden it stops in the middle of the road. consider the risks you take in buying a car with a ticking time bomb. (electrical problems are almost impossible to completely fix)
