be careful when buying cars that are submerged. the electrical will never be the same. in the USA it is ILLEGAL in almost all states to sell a car that has been submerged in water. There has to be a reason for that. imagine driving a car and all of the sudden it stops in the middle of the road. consider the risks you take in buying a car with a ticking time bomb. (electrical problems are almost impossible to completely fix)
