@aldrin nope u can't donate u should have at least 8 hours of sleep before ka makadonate...

requirements before u can donate

at least 50 kilograms (110lbs)
enough rest
no use of alcohol 12 hours before the donation
physically fit

for those who have tattoos and ear piercing (male) there will be a doctor who will assess...
for those ladies nga nay monthly periods ok ra maka donate ra mo...
