    Default Motivation to lose Weight


    Guys mopalit ko ug weighing scale aron ma-motivate ko pa lose ug weight. Siguro if mamonitor nako akong weight everyday mo slim jud ko. Malipay man jud ta if everyday manaog atong kabug-aton bisan mga .1 - .2 kilos loss everyday fight na kaayo na so for one month 3 kilos ang mabawas thats 7.3 pounds in one month okay na kaayo na no?!

    Maayo lang ko istorya ani ron inig palit ug weighing scale di gihapon kakontrol sa kaon toink. Basta mopalit ko karon daun magstart ko loss .1 kilo ugma
