Ive noticed in most of the noontime shows,movies they always make fun of bisaya esp kung masayop cla ug pronounce sa word they will say right away bisaya ka? they think bisaya are dumb? walay diction?if theres a contestant whos trying to speak tagalog they will they will make fun of him/her...kay ang bisaya gahi kuno kau mo english....duh!
how about them? are they perfect?

Most of the discrimination comes from ignorance... Its not only their perception of Cebuanos but of other provinces as well..
Daghan mga ignorant city slickers sa manila nga wala pa ka gawas sa city... naay nangutana if naa na ba daw tay jollibee or mcdo diri sa cebu.. or if the electricity goes off at night...
Sa discrimination aspect... its difficult to pinpoint it as something we can attribute to all tagalog people kay kasagaran bya sa tao nga naa sa manila come from different provinces. They have their own accents also. I think its more of a personal or isolated nga experience... dili ma generalize.
We Cebuanos especially from the city are not exempt from discriminating other people... this shows in how some city people treat the people from the mountainous areas or "taga bukid" as is usually referred. Also, naa say mu discriminate against other provinces like bohol or languages like ilonggo ...
In short .. patas ra... if naay discrimination... that just reflects on the person being ignorant.
