    Default unsaon pa luto og tinowa na isda


    pls pm me kung unsaon pag luto og tinowa na isda kanang lami kaayo. thanks

    luy-a (crushed, peeled)
    sili nga espada (washed 3-4 inches)
    sibuyas dahonan (cut 3-4 inches)
    kamatis ( cut half wise)
    Isda (preferably pugapo cut 4 inches)

    pabukalan sa tubig tanang lamas,
    kung mobukal na e-lunod ang isda
    timplahi ug asin ug v-tsin
    check after 4-5 minutes kung luto na ang isda
    continue another 5 minutes kung wala pa...
    continue checking kung hangtud maluto na ang isda..
