Very positive response! It only took four (4) days after launching this project
and ALL 637 units were already on-hold by interested buyers who first submitted
their LOIs and checks and now just waiting for contract signing. BUT you can still
have your chance! You can still avail this super low priced housing whenever some
one will back out. To be on the waiting list all you need to do is submit ONLY your
filled up LOI to me by email and I will forward it to FILINVEST for priority numbering.
Whenever re-open units are available, the person with priority number will be offered
first and of course based on their priority numbers.

why mas mahal ang monthly sa 30 years?
