aside from pldt, globe & smart bro, is there other
internet providers in cebu? i been searching for almost 3hrs
and still i end up on same place. my current ip is smartbro i want to change it. i have also globe but the modem has been unplug for more than a year, and when i plug it back theres no internet & when i call 171 it jst tells me that globelines is still doing some work on the area and service restoration will be back up soon. but this is same message a year ago. & i cant use pldt cos i live in lilo-an somewhere & they say theres no pldt connection yet on my area. i need help.
can anyone suggest an internet provider in cebu, if u got address or contact number - that be great. thanks!
