Hello, I need an honest people who can help me out.
im not sure if this should be the right/easiest way..

For now, I dont have the access to withdraw my funds on PayPal.
yes, I know I can apply for EON card, but not now!

So my idea is, i need an honest and sincere Istoryan who got
a Paypal account and who can withdraw funds.
Then I'll send you the money, withdraw it and send me back the money thru local remittance
or meet up would be fine.

I'm willing to give you a small amount of money..
or if you are kind enough and who just want to hep me out then sure..

I'll appreciate any reply from you.

why not try to consult this favor from your friends first?? have u tried 2 consult all of ur personal friends or related people who might give u the help? i think that wud be easier...
(dnt get me wrong wid my point) this is jst a lil favor,i knw many people cud help u this.

Good point, i know what you mean or what your trying to say.
But unfortunately gamay ra kog friends and most of them dont even know whats paypal
so no choice,
