Just A Student Lang... 2nd Year Irregular : 18 naman pd ko........ den i have 72+ units...

Second Year 1st sem pa ko... Taking IT Course in Asian College of Technology...


Any Advice? bcn naa mo nahibaw.an dha.... i share lang....

Naa ko friend nagwork sa chat support sa Convergys. Naa pud sa Academic Forward Thinking- customer service rep ang job description but you answer customer concerns via email lang.

Yeah naa sa Cebu. Naa sa IT Park ang Academic Forward Thinking, sa e-office 1, 2nd floor. Gamay lang na office. In house researcher and customer service advisor ila gipangita now. Email lang imo resume and cover letter sa cebu.jobs@hotmail.com. I dunno sa unsa job description sa in house researcher but sa customer service advisor, murag custer service rep japun but via emails lang ang communication with the customers coz they have 2 people naman handling the calls.

As for the chat support sa cvg, wala nila ginaadvertise. Depende nalang sa pagprofile sa imo I think. Di kaayo ko sure sa cvg chat support.

still hiring ang AFT og chat/email support?? sa kini nga email add nga imong gihatag, direct ni nila madawat sa HR office?? or naa ba ni sila company email address??.. just asking.. thanks diay sa info..
